You buy it from a craft/art store. ^^ I use Sculpey III but there's also Preme and Fimo.
Not sure if there's a RECIPE to make it, but I assume you would need a heck lot of ingredients to make an oven-bake clay!

yes

its also air dry
but i normally microwave mine because im too lazy to fire up the oven

i made a bunch of owls though
going to upload pictures later

normally its 2:1:1 flour, water and salt but i find that coming out way too crystally (is that even a word) so i use something more like 4:2:0.5 which is nice and smooth when it dries. really you could just eyeball how much flour and water goes into the stuff. if it's too sticky add more flour, if it's too dry add more water.

so basically i have no idea what the salt is for and you can probably just use plain water and flour without the salt. i'm not sciencey enough to try though.
