Jirachi Banner

It is indeed a lazy Monday night. That's why I made another banner! : D Another one of my guy friends likes this Pokemon.
This one took longer than the IU one because I actually worked on the composition and had trouble finding a PS action to suit it. For IUs, it was simply using a texture as a screen layer but I couldn't do that to this one until I used an appropriate PS action.
I used both PS and GIMP, because GIMP doesn't handle actions.
